Q: How Far In Advance Should I Book?

A: We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends and holidays, as they tend to fill up quickly. While we don’t hold dates without a deposit, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows. To guarantee your spot, reach out today – we’d love to make your event unforgettable! 

Q: What Happens If It Rains?

A: We come rain or shine! However, if you need to reschedule due to weather or any other reason, just let us know no later than the day before your event. We’ll work with you to move your booking to another available date that works for you.

If rescheduling isn’t an option, you’ll receive full credit for your deposit(s), which can be used for any of our services within one year of your original event date. The full credit must be used in one event, so you can still enjoy the magic of Pony Express Entertainment when the time is right!
