Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help! Please review our cancellation policy below:
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us no later than the day before your scheduled date.
We’ll work with you to find an available date that works for both parties.
Cancellations
If you cancel your event more than 24 hours in advance, we’ll issue a credit receipt for the payment(s) made.
This credit can be applied to a future event within one year of the original event date, subject to availability.
The credit must be used in its entirety for one event.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.
