We totally get it—life happens! If you need to make changes to your event, here's how we handle cancellations and rescheduling:
Need to move your event? No problem! Just give us a heads-up by the day before, and we’ll do our best to find another date that works for both of us.
We come out rain or shine, but if something else pops up, we're here to help!
If you need to cancel your event entirely and let us know more than 24 hours in advance, we’ll give you a credit for any payments made.
That credit is good for one whole year and can be used toward any available future date.
(Please note: the credit must be used all at once—it can’t be split across multiple events.)
Booked more than one service—like a pony ride and a bounce house—and now only want to keep one?
We kindly ask that you keep all reserved services as originally booked. When you reserve something, we hold it just for you and say “no thanks” to other customers who want the same item.
If you cancel part of your package, it’s considered a loss for us—so unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for dropped services. Thanks so much for understanding!
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your event will result in the forfeiture of any payments made.
We do our best to accommodate, but late notice doesn’t give us time to rebook those spots.
