Booking and Payments
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Deposits can be made with a credit card, CashApp, or Zelle. Alternatively, you may pay by check, however, the date will not be held until the check has been received and cleared.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event and can be paid in cash (preferred) or by credit card (a 5% card fee will apply). Alternatively, you may pay by check, which must be received no later than two weeks before the event date.
Event Details
Please provide all necessary details (e.g., event location, setup requirements, and special requests) at least one week prior to your event.
We reserve the right to adjust services based on weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Liability
Pony Express Entertainment is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the event.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the event space is safe, accessible, and suitable for our equipment and animals.
