Booking and Payments

1. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Deposits can be made with a credit card, CashApp, or Zelle. Alternatively, you may pay by check, however, the date will not be held until the check has been received and cleared. 

2. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event and can be paid in cash (preferred) or by credit card (a 5% card fee will apply). Alternatively, you may pay by check, which must be received no later than two weeks before the event date.

Event Details

• Please provide all necessary details (e.g., event location, setup requirements, and special requests) at least one week prior to your event.

• We reserve the right to adjust services based on weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Liability

• Pony Express Entertainment is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the event.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring the event space is safe, accessible, and suitable for our equipment and animals.
