🎉 Pony Express Entertainment – Terms of Service

We're so excited to be part of your special day! Before the fun begins, here are a few important things to know about how we book and run our events. Please take a moment to review the details below:

💳 Booking & Payments

Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. Deposits can be made by credit or debit card over the phone. Prefer to mail a check? That works too! Just note: your date won’t be officially held until the check has been received and cleared.
Make checks payable to: Pony Express Entertainment Inc.

Balance Payment:
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event and must be paid in cash.
We do not accept credit or debit card payments the day of the event, and we are unable to process checks on-site either.

If you're paying by check, it must be received at least two weeks in advance to allow time for processing.

🕐 Please Note: If payment is not ready when we arrive, we will kindly wait until the balance is provided before beginning setup. However, any delay in payment may cut into your reserved event time. We are not able to extend services beyond the original time slot to make up for time lost due to late payment. Thanks for understanding!

📍 Event Details

To help us bring the magic, we kindly ask that you provide all event details—like the location, setup area, and any special requests—at least one week before your event.
We’ll do our best to accommodate everything you need, but we reserve the right to adjust services due to weather, safety concerns, or unexpected situations.

⚠️ Liability

We take safety seriously and always aim for smooth, worry-free fun! That said, Pony Express Entertainment is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during your event.
It’s up to you to ensure the event space is safe, accessible, and suitable for our equipment and animals. If you're unsure, just ask—we're happy to help guide you.
